So many times people try to take on too serious of a mood. &quot;This is my business it needs to be taken seriously&quot;  yes this is true but as you outlined above so many times show attendees will have an interest in what you are offering but not in talking to you or are fearful of being &quot;sold&quot; something.  

Presenting a fun atmosphere is the best way to not only attract people but also to break down their walls and make you memorable.  After all who will they remember after they leave...the guy who handed them the brochure or the guy that gave them a chance to feel like they were standing next to Bob Barker?
